first album, Crespel features three traditional tunes and thirteen of my own compositions

Sometimes the words don't exist or are not strong enough to express a feeling.
The tone of a voice is sometimes more explicit in describing an emotion.
This is why, since I was very young, I have used tones in some of my songs.
I pronounce the sounds but they have no meaning and the listener adds the interpretation.
In the jazz world this is called "Scatt". I call it "Gwen".
Born into a musical family, I have evolved in a musical world. Music
has an important place in my life and allows me to express sentiments that I
cannot talk about and that I sometimes do not understand. Thanks to my
music, I have been able to reveal and observe my true self.
I am glad that my mother has been a part of this experience. The songs
we sing together form part of our daily life. Traditional songs have surrounded
my childhood.
I would like to thank those close to me; my family and friends for their
support as well as "my first fans" Armelle, Solange and the others.
But special thanks to Marc, without whom I would not have been able to record
my Album 'Crespel' and who offered me a wonderful, memorable 20th birthday present.
